CrossFit was designed to be the most effective functional fitness program. It utilizes a combination of weight training, basic gymnastics, and cardio movements to develop well rounded individuals. All of the workouts are scalable to any skill or fitness level and are done in either a class setting or 1-on-1 with a coach.


CFI extremely values its community. What helps sustain it is having an intimate class structure with around 12 people per class along with our competitive events held throughout the year.
